Dave is also an Arizona State Certified Home Inspector. He purchased a Pillar to Post Home Inspection franchise in 2001, which included intensive training and certifications. He has personally done over 2000 home inspections. Because of the problems with mold he encountered in the home inspection business, he chose to provide the additional services of mold inspection and allergen and asthma trigger screenings. (Yes there is mold in Arizona, even though it a dry heat!) This can be done, if wanted, the same time as a home inspection and ease clients’ uncertainties about a homes potential problem with allergens and/or mold. To alleviate a clients concern about any possible environmental hazards, i.e. ground and ground water contamination from spills, or leaking storage tanks, locations of meth houses and many other environmental hazards, Dave took the training offered by Environmental Data Resources and became EDR Certified. Thus enabling him to further evaluate for you, the Health and safety aspects of your property. He will get detailed information about the surrounding environment and interpret, and evaluate it for a client, concerning the address in question.
